"Would you" addendum
You and your new significant other are taking a vacation together. It's the first time you've tried to take a vacation that includes the five children you have between you.
You've been at the lake for less than 48 hours.
Would you be put off vacationing in the woods?
Would you see this as a bad omen for your relationship?
I'm really glad this is not my own vacation I'm talking about, let me tell you...
You've been at the lake for less than 48 hours.
- Your four-year-old has to be taken to the ER for stitches in his thumb after playing with the eight-year-old's pocket knife.
- The son of one of your relatives has to be taken to the ER for 13 stitches in his leg after your new SO somehow slashes him.
- Your seven-year-old has to be rushed to the ER (where transport to a cosmetic surgeon in the nearest city is recommended) after she falls and rips her lip open on a branch.
Would you be put off vacationing in the woods?
Would you see this as a bad omen for your relationship?
